   I ordered this product because Dr. Oz said on his show that Turmeric Curcumin was a good way to treat depression without all the side effects of normal Rx anti-depressants. He said that it needed to have 95% Curcuminoids and black pepper extract. He also said that you should take 500mg twice a day. This product met all the requirements that he said was needed. He said that if it works for you, you would start to see results somewhere between 2 week and 2 months. Full results wouldn’t be seen until after 2 months. I’ve only been on them for 3 weeks but I’m starting to feel a little better so I’m going to reorder more. I also noticed that my menstrual cramps were a little less intense and I didn’t have to take as much Ibuprofen as I normally have to. I’m sure this is because it’s a natural anti-inflammatory. There is a strong spicy flavor & smell to the pills, but I’ve not had any heartburn with them. I do think it’s a little over priced and I wish it was on Amazon Prime (those are the only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars). They sent a promotional offer with my first order that said if I wrote a honest review of their product on Amazon and than emailed them that they would send me a promotional code to receive a free bottle of Turmeric Curcumin with my next order. I thought that was an awesome deal so here I am writing my first Amazon product review. Overall I’ve been very pleased with this product.

   Only recently I have started taking tumeric curcumin to see if it would help my arthritis. My arthritis can get a little overbearing and I’ve been searching for something more nature that would help reduce my pain. I wanted to increase my overall more mobility in my home. I’ve tried various prescription medications but they didn’t always work as well as I’d like them too. Within about 2-3 weeks I found some much needed relief with the Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper blend.

   I usually don’t leave feedback or product reviews for companies, but this is my first reviewing supplement product. In the perspective of its benefit of turmeric, I have researched on internet and some literature. Turmeric itself may not be activated or bio-available in our bodies unless the form of curcumin is easily soluble to water or nano-particle. However, one way to activate its availability is adding black pepper because it enhances the absorption of curcumin much better, and this product does this job. Also, 20:1 extract is satisfiable ratio and it is organic. One thing more that you need to see is that its other ingredient is vegetable capsule. It’s not like animal form of gelatin or lactose. I may be picky on product in many terms, but everyone should care about what they are eating if you are taking it for a long time. I have searched on many other similar turmeric products, and this product is one of them that satisfies its values. Do your own research and know it.
