Very nice tips! Healthy people always say plan your meals but to see what
it looks like is nice. Whats interesting is you don’t vary much the meals
for the week.

I was trying to think of ideas about my husband and myself to lose weight.
I came to your site. You resolved my problem. I have two questions: Do you
use dressing on your salad and how long does it stays fresh. ps. I am going
to tell my daughter about this. She is a single working mom with kids. this
will help her. Quess what, I am going to subscribe to your channel. Thanks
again

Just some notes: I really like to buy bottled sauces and dressings.
Printed calories, offers a wide variety of flavors, usually enough salt in
them to make them last a long time, even if they’re otherwise preservative
free, and can speed things up a lot. I’ve got peanut sauce, korean bbq,
cilantro lime, salsa… all kinds of things. Also I noticed the spice you
called cayenne said red pepper on the label. A lot of people don’t realize
that not all “red pepper” is cayenne. They’re similar, but other than the
heat aspect, cayenne has a different flavor than generic red pepper. Red
pepper can be used where cayenne is called for, but you often can’t use
cayenne in recipes calling for red pepper. Usually you can, but not
always. Cayenne is slightly bitter and earthy, generic red pepper is
usually less so.

Soy sauce and the spices you mentioned contain lots of sodium. You should
either go with Mrs. Dash or none at all.

I love this, this is amazing, I’m sharing this to everyone i know, people
always complain healthy food is expensive, totally wrong, long run healthy
food is cheaper better, lower chances of getting sick and then spending
loads of money that could have bought healthy groceries on their medical
bills
