    The simplest way for me is: 2 meals 1st: 12am-1pm (lunch) 2nd: 7pm-8pm
    (dinner) workouts should be before 1st meal or in between and with a PWO
    protein+bcaa shake. You must eat carbs after workouts! But less carbs if
    not working out! Once every week make a carb load after a workout. This is
    easy to maintain and extreme effective.

    I love shakeology! Chocolate is my favorite followed by Strawberry. the
    eating after 6pm wouldn’t work for me. I don’t get home until after 7pm. I
    agree on the 6 times a day. It is very helpful to keep you feeling full

    You can eat after 6 pm, it depend on when your last meal was. If you eat
    after 6 pm and you would be sleeping by 10 pm I’d suggest have something
    protein based e.g cottage cheese, protein powder drink,etc
