    Currently i lowered everything because i rest less Bench: 195lbs 8-12 reps
    Shoulder: 60lbs 8-12 reps Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 30lbs 10-16 reps Leg Press:
    4 plates on each side Dumbbell Fly: 40lbs very slow and controlled 10 reps
    Tricep ext: 50lbs 10-12 reps

    actually it is not low carb, since the chicken is the only strong protein
    source. its more a low fat medium protein high carb meal, while i have to
    point out these carbs are the most healthy thing you can eat, you could
    even cook with less protein and fat (just cut down on chicken and oil) it
    could be even healthier, depending of the enviroment/climate you live in.
    if it´s cold some meat/fat is very good for you (heating the body), while
    in a tropical enviroment you didn´t even need those daily
