    luv ur video, ma! especially 12:00 and 27:17! ;D i know ur man is blessed, but if i wasn’t married, i’d be pushing up big time! whew..good stuff nutritionally, too. just wanna say: lemons and limes are ALKALINE, not acidic. also, the verdict is now in on grapefruits: NOT GUILTY! they are slightly acidic, but metabolize into an ALKALINE ASH in the body, so mad healthy! also cross MUSHROOMS off your list (they’re all poisonous). and notice how both peanuts and corn don’t breakdown in the bowel?

I have slim side and no love handles and a tiny waist but its my stomach and thighs that are the victim!! So Im going to try and join your Perfect ten!     WOW!! Tko I can express how much this inspired me!! I’m 14 bout to be 15 in a few, and Ive been feeling uncomfortable about my body since 4th grade! I hate how I always ruin my shirts but tugging the down to much to hide my rolls and how the inside of my favorite jeans rip cause I gain to much fat in that area! I mean last year when I found out what Skinny jeans were I got my first pair and was a size 12! good huh? now im a size 17 going on 18 and I dont know whats happening!
