    COCONUT ALMOND HERBAL DRESSING RECIPE–2 Cups Coconut almond yogurt , 1
    avocado, raw olives, Juice of 2 lemons, 6 pitted dates, Cumin to taste
    (approx. 2T), seasalt( 2-3tsp), fresh dill-handful, fresh cilantro-handful,
    fresh basil-handful, Optional hot pepper-(3 thai peppers or ½ habanero),
    Coconut water to desired consistency Blend in vitamix, will last in fridge
    2-3 days maximum.

    Is the probiotic blend only available from NCP?? Was wondering if we can
    get it anywhere in the UK… Also, we can’t get young coconuts here in the
    uk either which is a real bummer

    Dan , a fresh look is a great idea. Maybe judgmental folks who aren’t as
    savvy at seeing through others appearances will find it much easier to open
    up their minds to healthy food choices…..if it means looking spiffy, go
    for it dude!

    @RangRing68 Can you prepare food together on the weekends for the week?
    It’s cheaper than fast food. Like you could sprout any dried beans and
    those big bags of beans cost like $2.49.
