Can you eat processed meats such as turkey breast. I have deli turkey breast packaged. Says it only has 2 g of carbs and only 35 calories 0.5 g fat. Is that allowed or is it high GI index.

Turkey breast & chicken breast are both ok – stay away from things like ham, bologna.
