I need some health workout tips/healthy food ideas?

Question by : I need some health workout tips/healthy food ideas?
I’m 16 years old 5’6 120 lbs. I’m not doing sports this season, but i do plan on surfing soon. I want to know of some workouts i can do to loose the little bit of stomach that i have since my parents wont pay for my gym pass anymore. Also my diet is pretty bad some easy healthy food ideas?

Eat vegetables and fruits, a lot, drink water, not soda, or try orange/apple juice, eat organic if u can, and if u want to loose on ur stomach, try running/speed walking and do some curl ups (20 twice a week) and if u can swim 40 lap once a week
