Question by Emily: I need advice on healthy eating and living?
so I’m one of those people that can eat like a fat man on christmas and stay skinny (fast metabolism etc) but I eat quite unhealthly and that’s also probably why I’m sick alot and have a horrible immune system. I dont wana go on diet, jst want some ideas on eating healthy, what to eat, what not and looking after my body. (Ps I have low blood pressure, keep that in mind)

Try going to the gym, and eating more vegetables. Oh and drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

    You should try to eat mostly whole, natural foods and avoid highly-processed man-made junk. Eat quality foods that have high nutritional value. A mostly plant-based diet is best. Avoid bad fats (saturated and trans) and eat good fats (mono- and polyunsaturated). Avoid simple and highly-processed carbs (sugar, white “enriched” flour, etc.) and eat minimally-processed carbs like fruit, veggies, whole grains, beans and legumes. Eat lots of different colors of vegetables. You might want to go get a blood test to see if you have any problems.

    You start by doing away from junk foods and beverages containing high amounts of sugar like softdrinks and sweet juices. You can eat more fiber foods like fruits, veggies and also meat that are not cooked in so much oil. Drink more water too. You can indulge in sweets but minimally. Dont skip meals and eat on moderate amounts.
