Question by : I have tried diets & healthy eating, but i end up craving heaps of fatty foods and putting on the weight again?
what should i do, to stay on my diet and not crave fatty foods, and put the weight back on ?

get it in your head that you need to stop this eating fest of junk food and gain some self restraint and discipline!

Will-Power seems to be an issue; You MUST stop junk-foods intakes (i.e., processed foods, canned foods, sodium riched foods, sugars riched foods, refined foods, colored coated treats, etc)
Healthy eating means whole foods, fresh produces, raw vegetables, green salads, fresh fruits, legumes, nuts, fishes, eggs, chocolate-cacoa , lemons, sugar beets,quinoa grains, potable water, no preservatives, sodium free, gluten free, low glycemic, high fibers, honey, yogurt, enzymes, sunshines-vitamin D, lean proteins, seeds, tubers, etc.

    its possible it is because of stress .its actually a medical thing with stress ur programmed to have fatty cravings i like the site prevention.com it helps me alot in different areas of health issues and fitness they aldo have articles talking about stress too if u want thats where i got the info they update their site a lot and send out a weekly news letter(e mail)

    Plus i would still diet n stuff but also give into unjealthy good cravings a little
