I just warm some coconut milk, add some honey and when warm, add the
turmeric. 1 teaspoon. And also add some black pepper to enliven it.
It’s a magical Potion that heals and cleanses the body and liver! It is
also great for flus and colds… I call it my Magic Indian Potion! :)

I hope its ok I am about to harvest once again the Indian plant referenced
below and make it available in sample sizes. I have a quantity of six.
These are a bit more powerful than the hawaiian, that is if they come true
to form at next year’s harvest. This man is very stable and I am so glad
to learn of the precautions. I used to juice it with abandon and now I am
being more mindful of balancing it. So Wonderful in curries.

I make my own capsules. I bought Jiva Organic Turmeric Powder from Amazon
– it is organic, natural, and highly effective for me. It’s also much
cheaper than buying capsules. I then make my own!

PLEASE, be aware that these spices thin the blood considerably. If you
bleed easily, bruise easily, or take blood thinners such as warfarin, be
very careful.

Thanks for sharing this video; very interesting. I didn’t think about our
liver. I only use turmeric powder 1 teaspoon or 1/2 teaspoon to my smoothie
every day. I think is safe for my liver, right?

Do not cook turmeric powder because you denature the healing power. Just
use 1 to 1/2 teaspoon add to the smoothie or other drinks once a day. When
you continue ingesting it for 2 months or so, stop for 2 months or so and
listen your body how it feels and observe the discolouration of your skin
and eyes (i.e. watch for jaundice or yellowish skin colour) that’s the sign
of liver problems; stop immediately.
Eating raw food like vegetables, fruits will help heal diseases because of
the enzymes you will be getting from it. If you eat cook food all the time,
then, you’re killing all the enzymes that you need for healing.

Traditionally Indians use Turmeric, Black pepper Cayenne, Cumin, fenugreek,
coriander seeds, mustard seeds, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon in their
daily curry or spicy food. Still they have all the health problems, some of
them are worse than other people in the world(eg Diabetes, Heart disease,
high BP, pancreatic cancer etc). When you quote Indian Ayurveda knowledge,
please remember that it is very very old unscientific treatment. Please do
not mention about molecules , atoms and electrons, without knowing , basic
scientific facts. Certain plants leaves, roots, fruits are “good” for
variety of diseases!. Average Indian’s life expectancy increased with
modern medicine, not by herbal medicine. It is a waste of time talking of
the ingredients in the spices and their benefits to health. If that was
true, Indian’s life expectancy should have been increased in the by gone
days.
