    I LOVE kiwifruit too!!! I am a kiwi….. As in I come from New Zealand, I am not a fruit haha. The gold ones are awesome too, one of the BEST things to help you bounce back from a cold or flu and also preventing them. And they are also amazing in green smoothies 🙂 Two per day is AMAZING for you!!!!! Yay kiwifruit!

    Popcorn you make by yourself, in the kettle, not the microwave one ( which is bad because it’s toxic).

    I like to eat air popped pop corn and I use I can not believe its not butter w/ a lil bit of sea salt. Way less calories then oil popped popcorn with butter.

    Hey Bex, I just started a job as a security person and basically I’m standing for almost 8 hours on and off and I don’t know if you have it already but if you don’t, can you make a video for stretches that can help with that before and after? I get really tense in the shoulders and neck, legs and back start to hurt after awhile

    whatever corn or soy products you eat make sure they are non gmo. 80 percent of corn and soy products are gmo in the usa. sad but true.
