    That’s about it. Oh and don’t think of it as a “diet”. Think of it as the way you eat from now on.

    Eat healthy foods… no man made, processed junk… but you can’t make a HUGE change over night or you’ll probably become really frustrated; start by taking out some processed food and adding in healthy natural foods, bit by bit until you are pretty much all, if not all eating healthy natural things.

    Foods to eat:

    Lean meats/protein (Chicken breast, eggs, extra lean beef, turkey, etc.), nuts and seeds, low fat dairy, fruits, vegetables, plain oatmeal that you can flavor yourself (not the kind pre-flavored in the packets- NOT healthy!), whole grains/sourdough, etc.

    Try to make your diet consist of many of those things ^^^
    (Also portion control is your number one guide to losing weight if you’re after that, too!)
