How is my meal plan????

Breakfast:
– Myoplex Protein Shake
Snack:
– Cottage Cheese
– Blueberries
Lunch:
– 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
– 2 Slices Chicken Deli Meat
– Plum
– Myoplex Lite Bar
Snack:
– Myoplex Bar
Supper:
– Fish/Chicken
– Quinoa
– Vegetables (Snow Peas, Beans, etc.)
– 1 Cup Skim Milk
– Yogurt

It totals in at 1600 calories and 150 grams of protein.

I also am doing the P90X Fitness Program, and run about 3 days a week.

I want to gain muscle, but stay lean.

What do you think of my meal and fitness plan?

I am an 18 year old female.

I am 5’9″ tall and weigh 100 lbs.

That meal plan looks pretty good, but you are eating two bars a day… try to eat just one bar (I’m guessing it is a protein bar) and for the other snack, eat a banana (good source), Also, for some extra calories for your protein shake, instead of using water, you can use more milk, or even all milk.

You should probably aim to gain 15-20 lbs. And aim to gain 1-2 lbs a month (1-2 lbs of lean muscle). The first month you will see greater results than any other month so the first month you may gain 4-5 lbs.

    your 5’9 and 100lbs that has to look alwful I mean men dont like skinny ass girls like that anymore maybe back in the 60″s but not now having a little curve to you makes your cloths fit better and look better!!
