How can I eat healthy when I live with my family? Because I have to eat the foods they eat for dinner etc etc. How do I keep healthy? Please help. 🙂

Don’t eat all the greasy stuff that u know is bad. Go to the grocery store with your family and pick out healthy side dishes ect just tell your family they might want to join u

    I know it’s a bit of a struggle when attemtping to eat healthier when you live with your family. But, suggest to your mother (or father) that you would like to try having _ and _ types of meals (but don’t say ‘healthier meals’ because it might insult them, or make them upset). Research some low calorie, healthy meals and print out the ingrediants, and show them to your parent/s. Offer to cook dinner, as well. By cooking dinner, you know what you’re making and putting in it. You’re in total control.

    Aswell, I assume you have siblings and that means junk food. Instead of having that, cut up some carrots, celery, and other fruits or veges, and have them instead. Or even plain popcorn! (; Good luck.

    Thats what i do, when my family cooks on weekends they tend to cook those really fattening stuff, so in the weekends i make more effort to go to the gym and the stadium to jog.
