Krispy Kreme must be working on a spinach doughnut as I type! Clearly the
best solution is an all plant based whole foods lifestyle with some B12
supplement, just in case. I’ve found 3 years vegan to be easier and easier
each year, low cost and delicious. Following weight gain last year, and
“stress” from trying to figure out which delicious plant foods to eat first
… I had to chill, pop some corn, eat more mushrooms, drink more tea, and
generally take smaller portions.

This 5 min video explains that antioxidant rich foods should be consumed
with each meal, and mentions berries as a good choice. I couldn’t agree
