Hi, have you tried out “Belly Fat TorchMax” (do a Google search for it)? On their website you will find a beneficial free video. It made it possible for Ellin to eliminate her stomach fat. It might help you out as well…

No, egg yolks aren’t bad. Around 60% of good fats and lots of vitamins, also good type of cholesterol. I don’t care about people who recommend 1-3 egg yolks/wk or something, I eat at least 2-3 a day and I’m still alive… So far.

Its great that I have majority of these ingredients. Minus the vanilla extract and cinnamon. I’m gonna use bananas, walnuts, and dark chocalate.

They are good for you. Using egg whites sometimes and not including yolks helps with calorie control. Not to mention some recipes just work better with whites.

Instead of wasting the yolk, If you have a pet cat or dog egg yolk is really good for them and they love it. =D Even put them in a container and give it to a friend? Its better than wasting them.

  21. druski189 says:

    dude your awsome..

  22. kkoksy says:

fuck all this stupid discussion, just tell me if I can use whole eggs instead of only the whites (I really cannot be assed to throw out the yolk)

  23. jolicia12 says:

They aren’t necessarily, but considering the other fats in this recipe it’s best to avoid the yolk. But I agree that people shouldn’t completely avoid yolk, it contains not only fats but pretty much the 90% of the vitamins and minerals and good fats that you need in a diet.

  24. frosti0408 says:

@Chrisman50 if i was using yolks how many eggs would i use

  25. najee786 says:

Do you have to use the apple sauce/pumpkin?!
