I know this is weird but I don’t own a food processor or anything like it.
Would it work if I tried to chop up the oats and them mash them with the
banana for ages in a bowl?

Hey, is there another way to grind rolled oats? I don’t have a food
processor, just a blender though. Can you use a blender to get the banana
puree/ice cream?

How much baking powder or baking soda would someone have to use to make the
cookies rise a bit more?

oats? Also I see you used a toaster oven do I still put down 350 degrees in
a normal oven?

Those are actually the types of bananas you should eat. You should eat them
when they are super ripe, otherwise they could give you bloating or gas.
Unripe bananas have tons of starch in them and when it ripens, it all turns
into sugar and is easier on your belly.

Yay for one ingredient ice cream! This also works with mango, pineapple,
raspberry and nectarine. And you can also make one-ingredient froyo with
frozen yoghurt cubes. However, you definitely need a good food processor
and you need to freeze your fruit/yogurt at least for 6-8 hours. It needs
to be rock solid. In the food processor it will turn to crumbs and then,
after a while, into creamy goodness. It’s like magic! :D
