To be healthy you need a good balance of exercise and healthy diet of couse (No fat, no junks, etc). I dont really understand what do you meant by living in an unhealthy environment and I think you just making an excuse. Seriously if you wanna start eating healthy google it on the internet, there are millions of tips about healthy diet and you have to stop eating pizzas, ice creams, etc etc…obviously all those time that you put on exercise are tottaly useless.

You probably thinking that healthy food taste awful, well you’re wrong. There are plenty of recipes on how to make a great and tasty healthy food. My favorites and simple one is mixed salad with classic salad dressing, top with croutons or steam brocolli.

You need to start motivate your self into these. Of course everyone have different ways to motivate themselves. Me, I motivate my self to have a great body, that’s work for me. It has been 2 months since I started a serious healthy life and I enjoy it till today. It feel great and I have seen results not only on my apperance but also my performance.

Well thats all i guess, do what you have to do and good luck.
