i need some good breakfast ideas. good cereals, or toast options, egg options. everything! and details please!

For cereal, be sure to choose whole grain. Cheerios, Special K, Shredded Wheat, and Kashi are all great choices because they all contain great nutrients and keep you full. Eat this with low fat, skim, or soy milk.
For healthy toast put real jam, Such as Smuckers Simply Fruit Jam, or Promise margerine on a toasted slice of whole grain bread. Avoid real butter, which has trans fats, and normal jelly, which is all sugar.
Eggs are a great source of protein, and are a great choice for breakfast. You can simply scramble them.
For drinks, go easy on fruit juice, because it usually has a lot of added sugar. When choosing fruit juice, be sure to pick 100% juice.
For a healthy smoothie try this delicious recipe:
Strawberry Morning:

1 1/2 cups thawed unsweetened strawberries
10 ice cubes
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup nonfat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup water

1 Blend strawberries and ice cubes in blender until ice is brushed.
2. Add pineapple juicem honey, yogurt and water.
3. Blend in blender until smooth.
4. Enjoy! It’s delicious!

    One of my favorites is a whole grain cereal with a sliced banana or some blueberries on top and maybe a slice of whole wheat toast. Makes for a real satifying breakfast.

    My ideas: Cereal i eat Kashi (the strawberry fields is good). Either skim milk or Soy.
    Toast is good as long as the bread is whole grain you can’t really go wrong.
    Eggs are good hard boiled or just egg whites cooked in a spray instead of butter. A little veg oil can be ok too but i wouldn’t use it every time.
    Fruit is also a good breakfast like a orange with your toast?

    in the egg section, there are egg beater whites. Get some fat free cheese (Kraft is the best). Nickles has a fat free wheat or white bread only 35 calories a slice. You could have scrambled egg whites and toast or white egg omelet with cheese, onion, green peppers w toast. They also have turkey bacon, it is pretty good. The two breakfasts I gave you is fat free and only about 175 calories at max.

    Low carb, high energy is bacon or sausage and fried eggs with a slice of oatnut toast!! will keep you going far longer than cereals and other junk.

    Grain products are carbos and are stored on your backside and tummy as FAT!!
