Your best bet would be to see a nutritionist or your doctor. Only they are qualified to give sound heath and nutritional advice. Anyone else doing that (who is not authorized nor qualified) is considered committing an illegal and unethical act.

All of them. It is important to get a variety of foods to get the most benefit. That is why they recommend eating the rainbow – in other words eat fruits and vegetables of different colors because they have different nutrients. Red, yellow, green, purple, orange. For example spinach, tomatoes, butternut squash, grapes and oranges or broccoli, sweet potatoes, cherries, summer squash and eggplant. There are so many options and combinations to choose from.

eat them all!! basic starters are apples, bananas, carrots, broccoli. Mangos and peaches make great desserts. Lima beans and brussels sprouts can actually taste good with a small sliver of butter on them. tomatos taste great with pasta and chicken. Kiwi’s, strawberries, blueberries, peppers, cucumbers and raspberries taste very refreshing. Try them all. make sure to continue eating whole wheat carbs and protein otherwise all the fiber will give you gas issues. ask your doctor for more info. another tip..if you can’t read whats on the food label, DONT EAT IT!! nutrition action has a good list of good and bad chemicals…check that out to. all in all, your doctor has the final say, ask them
