Hello everyone! If you have left a comment, and I havent replied to answer
you query I apologise! For some reason that can only be answered by the
google bots ~ I am unable to reply or like certain comments 🙁

From google : If you’re signed in to a channel connected to Google+, and
the buttons for reply, like, and dislike don’t show for a comment, it’s
probably because the comment was posted under the old comment system. While
comments from the old system will show up in the new system, they’re not
fully compatible with the new system, so you won’t be able to take reply to
    or like/dislike those comments.

Why can’t I like, dislike, or reply to some YouTube comments?

In addition, comments made with the new system can be set to have replies
disabled, in which case you won’t be able to reply to them.

Thanks for this great recipe. I will surely try it and recommend it to my
mom who has arthritis. My question is, does turmeric stain your teeth? I
just treated my teeth for whitening for months and I certainly don’t want
    to have yellowish teeth again.

Piperine from black pepper will help effects of turmeric.Nice tea just the
    same.

Thank you for explaining the tea and the spices.

Natural is spelled wrong in ‘natuerl pain killers”…

and please..turn off the back ground music. I’ve got a lot of pain and
anxiety…. The constant dmmmm dmmmmmdmmmmm detracts my concentration from
    your voice to my head

I’ll have to get my sister to watch this. I got to the yellow cutting board
    .

Thanks so much for sharing this combo …. remember you don’t want to use
aluminum pots very toxic…stainless steel or glass pots much better,,,just
    a reminder for everyone!!

    1. Curcumin, the main active ingredient in Turmeric almost does NOT
    dissolve in water – it is soluble in: -ethanol (alcohol);
-alkalines/bases; – lipids (fats); The content of Curcumin in the powder
you by from the grocery store is 3-4%.
Use milk, olive oil, cocoa butter (white chocolate), batter or any fat you
like + ADD BLACK PEPPER/PIPERINE in order to make it BIOAVAILABLE to your
    body;

2.Most of the Curcumin directly ingested (as a drink, or solid food) will
be METABOLIZED IN STOMACH into some useless compounds which will be
expelled from the body. You need it to get it INTACT through the stomach
into the small intestines in order to rich the blood stream. Use
    ENTERICALLY COATED CAPSULES.

    Good luck!

Why would you bother to make the tea if you can swallow a pill? A pill has
the same ingridients as the tea, and dont tell me it magicly becomes more
absorbant when you make the tea?

  8. Anthony Quintana says:

Can anyone tell me what type of rice to use for roasted rice tea?

  9. Ekaterini-Kathy Patlakis says:

Thank You for the video. How long can it stay in the refrigerator? I was
wondering if you can also add it with other teas. I love almond milk, but
not by itself. Also, if you can make a smaller batch. By cutting back on
the size, of each ingredient, with the spices. Thanks again!

I tried this turmeric tea yesterday morning and I couldn’t believe the
miracle that happened to me! I was talking with my husband and noticed that
my back wasn’t hurting anymore. My back always hurts due to a car accident
that we were in back in 2004, but not yesterday! This turmeric tea is
fantastic! It has given me my life back and I can stand and walk, without
any pain, for more than 10 minutes at a time now!!! Thank you for sharing
    this video luv. ♥ dig

I really want to start drinking this to soothe my headaches and for the
other health benefits, but I really do not want to lost any weight! Is it
still okay for me to drink?

  12. Kenny Green says:

Thank you Bridget, this is a great tea, however, with any teas or
herbal/spice extractions when heating, use a LID to keep all the herbs
spices properties within the liquid. Also boiling/simmering the spices will
reduce the amount of the healthy benefits you’re trying to ingest. Its a
known fact that high heat will destroy the benefits of the spices. I
recommend you bring the water to to a rapid boil. Turn off the heat, add
all the ingredients, cover with lid and let steep covered for about 10 to
15 minutes. The stir gently, add the Almond milk & Honey (great
suggestion). I also recommend adding a bit of ground black pepper to
(increases the bioavailability of the turmeric by 400%). I have actually
created a modified recipe from yours’ thank you!

  13. Nirky says:

I’d simply add this amount of turmeric to garam masala for a nice chicken
curry. I think I’d prefer that to tea, that’s just me though. Either way,
    turmeric is good stuff.

  14. Anthony Quintana says:

Thanks I think I’ll try it for the lower back achs..

  15. Philip Martinez says:

You are GORGEOUS Bridget…and thank you!

  16. Missus Orange says:

I tried this, but following the advice of Kenny Green, .. the cardamom was
overkill for me.. I would rather not use it, maybe a pinch. I felt like I
was drinking soap. I do not doubt the anti-inflammatory power of turmeric.
Will look for a different chai blend, but thank you for opening my eyes to
the benefits of turmeric as a relief for osteoarthritis! I will share that
info with friends that suffer from it.

  17. Raymond James says:

Whee! I gave the 1000th Like!
Will definitely try this. I try to use turmeric every day for the health
benefits. And anything with cardamon in it must be delicious, it’s the most
beautiful thing I’ve ever smelled (only discovered it recently!) To me it’s
like a human version of catnip.

  18. Angelica Torres says:

Bridget, I have to say ever since I found your tea(accidently I must say) I
have made it over and over. It tastes wonderful, I have passed on the
recipe over and over to family and friends. I love it and enjoy so much
with coconut milk and a bit of honey. For those who criticize the
quantities, not sure if they’ve actually made it or not but I highly
recommend it. Whatever the reasons are for taking it, I prefer this tea
over coffee which is a gut poison but people love it especially if its
Starbucks(then they wonder why the acid reflux and other conditions.) Its
just just as u say having a cup of chai tea….I love it!

  19. digupstuff says:

Cinnamon is the one you left out. You should add 2t of cayenne pepper, as
well as 2t lemon juice and 2t apple cider vinegar! Imagine how healthy we
would all be if we started our days out drinking this concoction. I’ll just
need to add the ginger, cardamon and ground cloves to my concoction in the
mornings now. I need all of the help I can get! Great tea! TFS luv! ♥

  20. Daniel Cantu says:

I been looking for this tea but where do you get Turmeric I am new to
    this..
    Thank you

  21. Nachereyl Remidee says:

Niceee…I’ll try this, only with coconut milk. I like almond, but coconut
is my favorite. Thanks for sharing Bridget! *smiles*

  22. seth lawrence says:

I would skip the carrageenan in the Blue Diamond Almond Milk, the rest of
    the turmeric recipe is excellent

  23. Pati Pena says:

tea, i really liked it. will keep drinking it.

  24. Carsch A says:
