Whatever he is eating he is eating well. If he is following what he
preaches, I would not recommend it because one look tell you he is
overweight, probably in the obese range. Can’t be healthy being so fat.

If a person who gives me a nutritional advice looks puffy and sallow and
overweight, should I take her advice on aging and longevity? Even with so
much makeup? No thanks…
She can continue with her breastfeeding on cow’s tits and eat slimy maggot
food i.e. fish carcases and other animal carcasses. How is chewing on
carcasses, vulture and maggot food good for us? Seriously?

At the beginning of the video (at 3:53) under “ISSUES” there is a
misspelling of telomeres. It appears misspelled again at the end of the
video.

lower intake of processed meats?? why not.. NON- intake of processed
meats!?? it’s like saying… low intake of Cigarettes and Coca Cola… and
balance it out with a plant based diet? LOL.

keep contradicting herself… ?? limit your consumption in saturated fats
(animal foods mostly).. but then eat more fish (mercury and other heavy
metals) and poultry (animal protein, cholesterol, saturated fats and trans
fats)… drink more milk (casein, saturated fats, trans fats and
cholesterol) and yogurt.. (low fat = aspartame or nutritional washed out
for the pasteurization process) … why not remembering more and more and
more and more to eat WHOLE FOODS FROM PLANTS??? omg.. if a MS and RD thinks
this way,, we are doomed! #GoVegan #WholeFoodsPlantBasedDiet

Sorry but I can not take a person serious that pushes whole grains. She
talkes about inflammatory and mentions meats/fish but not whole grains –
funny.
Seriously green veggies and fruits are good but there is absolutely no real
proof that meat is bad for health. There my be correlation but no causation.
LOGI Diet is just fine for everybody. Dont know why so many people push the
carbs – might be cause they need excuses for their addiction. The only
reason you need more carbs is when u are deep into sports (1% of population
e.g. Bodybuilding, Strongman).

still nutritionists like this lady with such high level of studies.. keep
promoting eating fish, poultry and meat… just for the ‘healthy fats’ that
we ALSO can find in a plant based diet?? and supporting animal abuse and
killing for food WE DONT NEED and makes us SICK? wow.. good information
there but she needs to THINK on really how to have a GREAT and healthy well
balanced whole foods plant based diet.. #GoVegan

Have you ever picked up a 100 pound bail of hay? That’s how much weight in
sugar the average American consumes in 9 months, or 270 days.
ANY advice that involves whole foods is good advice given the pathetic
state of the American diet. I’m certainly not going to nitpick around
nuances regarding meat, saturated fat, toxic chemicals, or trans fats. I’m
just going to sit tight with the knowledge that people need to begin making
healthy changes, and in a country where 25% of our daily calories come from
sugar, tomato sauce on school lunch pizza is considered a vegetable, and
our single biggest daily vegetable consumption comes from french fries,
virtually any change is a step in the right direction.

eat around 1200 calories a day. Only antioxident foods. Work out 2 hours
a day. No processed foods or sugar.

to Jordy S: “lot of bs, raw vegan diet is the best”
Actually, the worst out of all I have personally tried. Wouldn´t recommend
to anyone at all. It has a beautiful and neat philosophy behind it, no
doubt, but it doesn´t work so wonderfully for everyone in a real world. I
got osteoporosis and amenorhea while being on it, despite supplementation.
A ballanced vegetarian diet (containing eggs and plain dairy products),
with about 80-90% of raw plant food corrected the situation for me, so that
one seems to be the best to me.
Vitarian diet may be great tentatively, for example, few months in a
summer, or few weeks during spring, as a detox, and it is also great for
weight loss. But as a permanent solution, especially for women – no.
