cheaper!!

FOOD is cheaper in the UK, you just go to the expensive places!! Try Tescos
or Asda if you want cheap food!! LOL

No wonder food is expensive, you are shopping at Waitrose…. if you would
like cheaper food maybe try Sainsburys!

Why is ALL the produce in plastic? Like wtf talk about unnecessary waste…
Too bad 🙁 do they have anything there that is NOT in plastic?

I wouldn’t exactly call Marks and Spencers a supermarket lol. Here in the
uk we have bigger supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons and
Asda which is owned by Walmart. ALL of these sell tons of fresh fruit and
veg without the fancy packaging. Waitrose and Marks and Spencer are more
your upmarket places for posh people with lots of money lol

Thanks for sharing the price for the box. Really helpful. Unlike some
videos they never share the price. Going to def buying a box. Love the
concept and super cute idea for the box.

Sure you’ve been told lots by now, but it only seems expensive because your
shopping at our most expensive supermarkets 🙂 Although M&S have some
really tasty things x

Gluten free, according to my gym instructor, is only for people that can
not consume gluten otherwise you will be consuming more carbohydrates,
sugar etc.

the food appears more expensive because marks and spencer and waitrose are
the most expensive supermarkets we have! tescos, aldi, sainsburys are
cheaper. at iceland a ton of things are £1! but you won’t find much healthy
food there.

I don’t mean to be rude but I just realized how lucky I am! I can buy my
fruit and veggies at small bazaar just around the corner of my home without
all those plastic bags and packages littering our planet.

Wow, so I have been researching different subscription boxes (I didn’t even
know they existed until I watched your channel so thanks!) 🙂 Anyway, I’m
really into chemical free, vegan stuff but I dislike spending money on
products that don’t work so I often don’t buy anything at all. But I don’t
know if you have heard of Concious Box? I have been looking at it and it
reminds me of the snack boxes you get only they also add in different
beauty products too 🙂 I haven’t subscribed yet but when I get home and
move into my new place I think I will 🙂 Just wanted to let you know in
case you didn’t 🙂 I love your videos 🙂

Maybe try shopping somewhere other than Marks & Spencers. They’re one of
the most expensive places to shop at here.
Lovely video though. Thanks for sharing with us all

I liked this video, but I always chuckle at these vids when they claim to
be healthy options and finish by throwing in a little bit of butter at the
end. One small remark is that, I have the same container that you used in
this video at home and broculi took about 3minutes at full power in a
microwaves to get to cook to a decent texture.

I started a new shift at work, Graveyard 9 pm to 7:30 am. It is really
difficult to eat healthy since mostly fast food restaurants are open. I’ll
give this a shot, thanks for the info. I’ll pre prep the veggies at home
and use the toaster oven at work 🙂

microwave oven is 5 minutes (depending on veg and size of pieces).

Buy a big cutting board, big enough to cover the sink, and put it over the
sink. It will give you a lot more work space.

Take a dish that size, add a handful of al dente pasta, then layer a
couple of sun dried tomatoes, now layer again with uncooked spinach,
smother with tomato sauce and pop in the oven until bubbly. Its nirvana!

Using a gas stove at highest temp, but hardly see any steam come out of it
when steaming vegetables, why? What level of water in pot is best to
create most steam? 1 inch? 2 inches, or water just under the steaming
part?

microwaving vegetables reduces their nutrients by 96 percent, so it defeats
the whole purpose of steaming vegetables, which is to preserve their
nutrients.
