    Egg yolk is good for your health too … it’s a bit more fatty that egg
    white but there’s a lot of proteins in the yolk, you can totally eat a full
    egg … nobody is gonna gain weight just by eating an egg in the morning.
    Specially if you control every other food and your eat a lot of fruits and
    vegies. You can eat the freakin egg, it’s good and it has more flavor with
    the yolk

    Such a waste of egg yolks! You can and should eat the whole egg. Most
    things are healthy in moderation. The whole egg helps raise good
    cholesterol levels and yolks can help protect your vision and help your
    body create “happy” hormones =) I like the Naked juices as well, but as
    people have mentioned it is a lot of sugar all at once (it doesn’t matter
    that there is no added sugar, you still need to eat naturally occurring
    sugars in moderation). I’d swap it out for a piece of fresh fruit, such as
    an apple, which is coincidentally way cheaper than a bottle of Naked.

    You know, fat is actually really essential for your brain, vessels, heart
    and more! Whole eggs, full fat dairy and naturally saturated fats (animal
    fat/butter/coconut or palm oil/etc) are extremely good for you. I know low
    fat diets are very trendy in the u.s. (and they make a lot of money for the
    medical and diet industries), but do some research because naturally
    saturated fats are very healthy (only hydrogenated stuff is not so great
    :P). Fats, carbs, fruits, veggies, meats, milk thingies, etc, they’re all
    good for you! Sugar is good for you too as long as it’s **real**
    cane/palm/maple/etc sugar! Sorry about my rant, I just felt so badly for
    you that you felt like you had to remove the delicious egg yolks and stuff
    u.u <333

    Damn. These muffins are bad. Peanut butter is very bad. Banana isn’t good
    either. 1 banana per week is all you need. And banana chips is almost sugar
    only. Thats not healthy….

    I recommend not having avocados too often as they are high in fat same
    thing goes for the greek joghurt

    I’m Greek and I hate Greek yogurt but I have to manage eating it
    considering that I’m able to find original yogurt, my grandma also makes
    yogurt but still I can’t , it is surprising how most Americans love greek
    yogurt though

    Your breakfast ideas are truly awesome. Dark chocolate is excellent
    (preferably 70%). And I like how you said everything in moderation. It’s
    fine to have the egg yolk sometimes because the white balances it out (it’s
    a myth eggs raise cholesterol because only some of it ends up in your
    bloodstream, and your body compensates for it naturally). QUESTION: What
    people do with the leftover yolk though? Use it for other recipes? For your
    skin and hair?

    I love Naked juice too but they have SO much sugar in them which is really
    unhealthy for you. I wish they would make healthier versions! 🙁

    I hope you guys enjoy! REMEMBER these are just things i like to eat and i’m
    sharing them with you! Some of you are FREAKING out over the Naked juices,
    but i enjoy them and see the health benefits. I want more research before i
    completely judge a company. Just don’t include them in your breakfast if
    you feel strongly about it 🙂

    i would recommend finding a different oatmeal beacause the quaker oatmeal
    is filled will all kinds of chemicals and artifical crap which are HORRIBLE
    for you and just ahhhh i hate any kind of fake or artifical food hah sorry
