    @ncfwhitetigress there’s lots of rice flour bread mixes out there that are comparable in price to a regular loaf of bread. Weaning off of bread entirely isn’t a bad idea, but if you love bread like I do then there are reasonable options out there.

    @Hells2TheYea You can save some cash by making your own foods & breads… I can afford those pretzels, but out of the sheer principal of it I refuse to spend that much on a bag of snacks. Making your own foods at home is simple, whenever the recipe calls for something with gluten just substitute it for something that is safe (for instance, when thickening a sauce use corn starch instead of flour). There’s no reason why you can’t overcome this and live a normal & healthy life 🙂
