@socialmoo no, definently not, that is not too much for one person, how long is a piece of string? as long as you want it to be no one else should tell you how much to it it’s personal reference

@areynoldson actually, the avocado and seaweed have appropriate amounts of protein in them. Plant based protein is just as nutritious as flesh based protein.

the only thing i have to say is that can you honestly see yourself eating that for the rest of your life?? and you need to make sure you incorporate meat which has protein that you need!

that’s WAY too much food for one person.
avocado is almost all fat, good-for-you fat, but an ENTIRE avocado is ridiculous.
16 pieces of sushi is too much. a normal amount would be 6.
dinner should be the lightest meal.
just yikes yikes yikes all around…

wheres the protein? and way too many calories in one meal. the best thing to do is have smaller caloric meals spread out through the day.

watch yourself on the fruit, although fruit is good, one serving a day is plenty because you body uses the sugar right away for energy which makes you feel more hungry. complex carbohydrates take longer to break down, causing your metabolism to work longer and thus making you feel fuller longer. and avoid eating an entire avocado in one sitting, they are loaded with fat.

I just got food at the store and have ideas for a lunch that is a wheat wrap that has turkey, avacado and light ranch together, also instead of making tacos i make chicken, sauce, cheese and green peppers as a soft taco
