Ask a dietician or your doctor for the best advice.

Start with baby steps to get your body used to the change. Like instead of eating fried potato chips, eat baked ones. Rather than eating French fries, choose a fruit salad or dinner salad with regular salad dressing. Rather than white rice, opt for brown rice. Small changes like that can produce big results. I wish you the best!

Eating healthy will not occur over night. First start by cutting out sodas and sugary drinks. You should mostly consumer water and 100% fruit juice. If you’re big on soda, than try cutting down slowly.. cut your normal intake in half. Then, slowly start getting rid of junk food such as candy, chips, etc. Replace those foods that you are snacking on between meals with fresh fruits and veggies, although every once in a while these foods are fine as long as they’re in moderation! Don’t eat the whole bag of chips, eat 1 serving instead. Eventually, i’m sure you will start to find that healthy food too can be satisfying. Good luck!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
