Fat free refried beans when hungover. They aren’t that bad for you, yet
somehow satisfies the craving for grease when you are hungover. Plus you
fart a lot, which is awesome.

Pretty good advice overall, but I’d add in some fresh fruit- bananas and
apples are usually pretty affordable. And I’d add in some leafy greens,
probably by adding in some prewashed salad mix. Growing your own lettuce
(and veggies)is also a super cheap way to get good healthy food cheaply.
You can grow on an apartment balcony or in any backyard- Youtube if full of
videos on growing food in small spaces.

and what about the other products that you will need for your house ? Who
cleans your house , your mom ? You are not using a shampoo ? It seems we
have a different opinion for what is cheap… Try working in a country that
your medium payment is 700 euros or less… I don’t say that it is not
cheap or that it is not good , I just say that you are bying too much food
! What about your other needs ? You are not paying a rent , water ,
electricity…etc ? But I love your video anyway 🙂 Oh and I have a
question how can you keep food fresh for more days ? I am just asking
because some foods cannot remain fresh in the fridge for more days or you
will get poisoned… I would like to know because it is really expensive
making different food everyday…

If you want to buy food in bulk, fairly cheap, and healthy I suggest
shopping at costco, bj’s, or any other huge stores. I went to walmart and
it was fairly more expensive than costco. Usually go to winn dixie since
it’s so close to my home but it doesnt have nearly as many options as other
stores.

For the British cunts reading this – where can we buy piss cheap tuna? Its
like £6 for 3 tins of the stuff and they are only small. Is it worth
checking out the poverty supermarkets like Aldi and pound stretcher?

Great Vid! eating healthy on a budget is very simple. I have been doing it
for a while. Usually I will spend no more than 20-40 a week at the grocery
store and I eat very well. Keep up the awesome videos Dudes!

I was wondering… I’m not that much of a fan of fat free milk. Is 1% milk
a no-no, or is it still acceptable ?

nice selection of stuff. do you go for free range eggs and line caught
tuna, or do you go for the cheapest selection available? what i mean is do
you balance the cheapnesss against the ethics of cheap food farming?

I am drinking green tea daily 3 cups with no sugar and has helped me kick
the caffeine habit. Taking raw vinegar with warm water has helped with
bloating and energy booster. 2Tps raw vinegar and 3 oz warm water. Is gross
but is quick booster for health. I take it daily before meals .
