    Such awesome ideas, but from a school kid in would like to tell you:
    1. Unfortunately these lunches would not last a second because they would
    get mushed as hell in a bag
    2.School kids usually don’t have the time to make cool lunches like these +
    they can’t be bothered
    Not being a hater, just pointing out! I would have these at home on
    weekends for lunch or something, they’re so quirky and cool

    I think Rachel is the only beauty guru that doesn’t act like they’re high.
    Most beauty gurus like giggle all the time and sound so ditzy. Rachel gets
    straight to the point and doesn’t waste 3 minutes of your life giggling and
    making stupid jokes. I love you Rachel.

    After reading through these comments is seems as though anyone will find
    ANYTHING wrong with these meals. Sure, they probably are not the healthiest
    meals you could possibly eat but my healthy series is about slight changes
    in your diet to live a healthier lifestyle. I think all of these are
    healthier then pizza, burgers and chips. Some of you need to chill out and
    remember that life is too short to worry about every little thing you eat
    and picking out the little things. As long as you are making steps to lead
    a healthier lifestyle, that is all that matters.

    for my fellow vegans/vegetarians: the chicken in the cashew cranberry
    chicken salad can be replaced with slightly mushed cooked chickpeas, and
    the mayo with veganaise :)

    Since I’m in college I don’t really have time to eat lunch, It sucks
    because I made it that way. I only have 15 minutes to go to my next class
    and then the next and so on. Is there a healthy lunches where i can eat in
    10mins while walking on campus to my next class? Also, while I am in class
    hungry or not, my stomach wants to growl all the time when its quiet, its
    embarrassing. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? Thank you

    Alright, little PSA here: Peanut butter is NOT bad for you. Nuts are NOT
    bad for you. Not all calories are created equal. Yes, you can get fat
    from eating nuts/peanut butter, but only if you sit there and eat spoonful
    after spoonful for days on end. Peanut butter and nuts have HEALTHY fats
    that are good for your hair, skin, nails, and the rest of your body as
    well. Fats are not evil. We need fats in our diets to be healthy. The
    diet industry would love to have you believe that things like fats/carbs
    are to be feared, but that’s a lie. Our bodies need a certain amount of
    fats, carbs, protein, and calories per day to remain healthy. Eat
    everything in moderation and you will be fine.
