    Was amazed by all “dishes” that can be enhanced by Ginger. I’ve always been a ‘utilizer’ of ginger in everything from main dishes, baking, soups, rice dishes. Not to mention all of the benefits (health wise) in healing what ails you.

    This is a great book! If you want to learn more about Ginger grab this ebook. The title says Cooking With Ginger but it covers so much more. It even includes tips on growing it. This book has a functional Table of Contents that is easy to navigate. The recipes are easy to read and understand. It is well written and well worth the price. :0)
