I have made this wonderful recipe several times already and my family loved
it each time. But now I would like to make it for a dinner party that we
will be hosting next weekend, and I think we will need at least 3 fish –
can this be done in the oven, using aluminum foil? If yes, do I need to
make any adjustments to the recipe to add more moisture? Best regards and
hope to hear from you soon 🙂 (the dinner is on January 17)

You don’t pour the soy sauce over the fish, you pour it around it.
