    I was wondering (and maybe you didn’t have this problem) but if you have any suggestions on how to “control black out eating” I have a problem where I shut off the part of my brain that is logical and motivational and then I have devoured a disgusting amount of sweets.

    Fat doesn’t turn into muscle. I don’t know a lot about HIIT specifically, but weights are really important and should definitely be a regular part of your routine :)

    Most gluten free bread that you buy in stores is made up of mostly starches with a white and brown rice blend. All ingredients in these bread product are heavily processed and full of processed carbs. I make a paleo bread with almond flour, ground flaxseed and coconut flour that I got from elanaspantry website.

    You should probably avoid them all even in bulk, barring the fruit juice which could work there if you blend whole fruits to smoothies fx. Bananas on avg have 120cal in em and blended with Skyr and some nuts would be a great middle meal if you run low on your measured cal intake for a day.

    Dried fruit like apricots, dades and figs have alot of concentrated sugar in them, so they are basically desserts. Not too bad cause there is still fibers in them, but the sugar content is high, so use with big moderation. Treat them as snacks at best.

    How about when you need to bulk? Like me, i dont want a six pack yet because my fat percentage would be too low to build a lot of muscle (i want my whole body bigger first and than next summer i’m gonna cut and try to get a six pack.). So for bulking are those things good or bad or avarage? I guess avarage.

    Ok sure ,if whole wheat bread ,Fresh Fruit Juice and and homemade granola is bad junk food and makes u fat ,i ll resort to REALY healthy food like Ice Cream,Donuts and Pastries,Sodas,Bacon and Sausages,Hot dogs and fast food burgers…Thanx guys ,awesome advice !
