Any healthy tips on how to lose mass and weight after giving birth to your first child?

Question by Ms. Cillian Murphy: Any healthy tips on how to lose mass and weight after giving birth to your first child?
Ive never been super tiny, but average, and since getting pregnant, Im still average but have a lot more fat and flab… i was wondering if anyone had any healthy tips (certain food diets, certain exercises) on how to lose the fat and gain some muscle back after birth. Thank you!

The best thing you can do is breastfeed. I gained 55 pounds with my first pregnancy and I lost 60 pounds postpartum without dieting or exercising. All I did to lose the weight was to breastfeed.
