   A lot of the current pharmaceutical drugs is produced from natural ingredients, and people have been using these for thousands of years before modern medicine was invented, also herbal remedies produce far less side effects then regular drugs do. This is an excellent value package for people who prefer or like to substitute regular medicine with herbal remedies.

   I am still reading these. The great part about them is there are many herbal and homeopathic remedies. I feel this is very important to me because i have recently turned to natural remedies and gotten away from chemical meds. I am finding I feel better and am able to move more since making these changes. These books are great when looking for specific remedies to different ailments. If you have pain, use this peppermint essential oil and mix with other herbal blends. It also helps you to choose what would work best for your specific issues. Great buy and worth reading!

   A nice book for getting started making and using herbal remedies for common illnesses. Easy to read, straight-forward, a good amount of explanation without overdoing it. Everything was laid out so easily and I could see myself using this book again and again–so I never have to resort to the dreaded internet as a resource. Informative and really helps us to know and use the type of natural herbs and supplements for healing.
