The bitch doesn’t know anything. She says Brown rice has more fiber than
wheat. Its a lie. Whole wheat has more fiber than Brown rice and whole
wheat will make you more fuller. But it is a fact that the carb in Whole
Wheat is mostly Amylopectin A which has a faster absorption (High GI) even
compared to sugar. So yes eating bread will make you fat unless you eat it
right after work out or first thing in the morning – in which case your
glucose is low and a spike in blood sugar is not that bad
