ORGANIC FLAX seeds ONLY
Organic OATS + organic ground FLAX seeds, with a little low sweetened
Non-Dairy (Non-GMO) Milk, such as
Silk Coconut Milk (80 calories per cup), or Organic Soymilk (less than 100
calories per cup)…
Then follow a Green Vegan regimen + you’re in business, eat it every day,
up until the time that you feel “coated” + insulated with natural
plant-based Purines

the last cereal i ate was homemade oil-free granola, gluten-free aweetened
with cranberryjuice and coconutsugar. it was no a great succes, to big
chunks. this time i am gona make sprouted buckwheat granola (baked in oven
cause i dont have a dehydrator)
btw i am unsure if granola counts as cereal, if you mean stuff like sugar
puff, i have never really eaten that a lot – more like as candy at my
grandsparents (so less than 10 times)

I eat oatmeal with flaxseed, which I mill myself in a coffee grinder. I
also add a little sugar in the raw. Having some right now. I have this a
coupe times a week or less. Flaxseed I eat everyday.

I do not eat any cereal ever. It is a processed food that should not even
be thought of as real food.
I eat home made flax seed flat bread (no flour at all) with some egg and
berries for breakfast.
Or I will eat eggs, squash and a nectarine.
Or I will have a green protein drink made of avocado, spinach, mint,
coconut milk and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ice.
Have a great day.

we have rolled oats with freshly grinded flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
with a little honey or (sweet freedom) 100% fruit syrup. fits lovely with
our vegan lifestyle.

Natalie, thank you so much for your advice. Here in Ireland in ‘Holland and
Barratt’ health food store, they were selling two bags for the price of
one. But they were not ground up, they were whole Linseed. Thank you for
telling me to ground them up to get the benefit as I was taking them whole
not knowing the difference. : )

I’ve been using flax in my kids granola bars for the past 3 months. However
I didn’t realize that whole seeds weren’t recommended. In the video you
said that the body can’t break it down but also suggested using it in
recipes for added crunch. I guess I’m confused about this super food and
need some guidelines. Are they getting any benefits when they consume them
in whole form? Thank you.

Well….you lost my interest @:06 by using what appears to be a stock photo
of hemp seeds NOT flax seeds. Additionally the audio track is horrible.
From the get go this video simply lacks any credibility!
Additionally as the narrator informs the viewers that the flax seeds need
to be ground before consumption…..the video shows whole flax seeds.
Such a poorly done video.
