Think if I made these I would also add sugar or sweet & low & forget the
honey but I guess you need honey or syrup to stick but I don’t see them
getting hard? They would be even better with full fat NON organic honey
peanut butter & better yet dipped in melted chocolate. Now everyone will
want to make them like me LOL Yours just seems too bland but good enough
for health freaks & geeks I guess.

Looks great. Have you ever tried peanut butter in these? If so, how did
they turn out? Thanks for the recipe.

This is such an amazing idea! Thanks for sharing. Do you think I could use
milk insted of water and 4-5 teaspoons of condenced milk instead of honey?

This is called Chocolate balls in swedish! (If you translate it
roughly…-.-“) we don’t use honey but normal sugar, but i love your
recipe! It seems really good! Keep up the good work, greetings from Sweden!

I just made some and they are really good :)) I added some espresso to give
it a coffee flavor. Are they supposed to stay soft or do I have to put them
in the fridge?

I think it would be really cool to do this with vanilla extract instead of
coconut and cocoa powder, and then coat it with peanut butter

I would suggest you freeze them if you make a lot. I freeze them in batches
of a dozen, then take out a dozen at a time a refrigerate them. They will
keep in an airtight container on the counter for about a week, probably 2
weeks in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer (or more). 🙂

Sounds perfect…I eat dark chocolate all the time, so I don’t mind it
bitter. That’s a great tip for those who want it sweeter 🙂

I do have a vegan recipe for chocolate brownies on my blog (written) search
brownies on colorfulcanary but I used regular flour…you could try nut
flour but I’ve never done it yet.

Great 🙂 Yes I usually toss the in the fridge. I prefer them warm and
super-soft, Hubby likes them firm and cold from the fridge. 🙂
