    I’m from the UK so we don’t really have liquid smoke in shops. I found
    some on line but could you say which flavour and brand you used? You also
    mentioned something to do with lime but it went too fast on the 5th dish.
    Perhaps it would help us viewers if there was info in the description box
    or on the screen. Loving the look of those dishes. Keep up the good work!
    Will explore more of your videos when not so busy :((
