    Great information packed into an extremely easy to read book. I loved it? Not only does it give you the nutritional information on the super foods we all should be eating but the book also teaches you how to buy the foods in season (when they are less expensive) and freeze them without damaging the food or it’s nutritional value. The author also tells you why the foods are beneficial and which foods are best for certain conditions. He also provides a link to a FREE download (Kindle Edition) that provides you with a list of all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fiber etc… for each smoothy. The smoothies are made with easy to find ingredients (only 3 items weren’t at my local Acme) and they are YUMMY! I have many medical issues including: RSD, Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease, multiple areas of nerve damage and possibly Multiple Sclerosis. Over the last 8 years I have tried a crazy number of medications and had dozens of steroid injections that did not help but actually caused even more harm. 1 1/2 years ago (March 2011) I weighed 135lbs. When I bought this book in Nov 2012 I had blown up to a whopping 212lbs due to all of the steroids! In addition to the weight gain I was taking (these are just for pain) 45mg of MS Contin (morphine) 3 x a day, 5mg Valium 3 x a day, 2mg Dilaudid 6 x a day and 16mg of Zanaflex at bedtime! I was a walking, talking, living and breathing drug! I began putting this book to the test right around Nov 26th 2012. Today is Jan 9th 2013 and you won’t believe were my health is now after only 44 days especially since my body is still under the metabolism slowing effects of steroids. Here it is for you: I now weigh 195 lbs (17lbs lost) have stopped taking Dilaudid completely and have dropped my morphine from 45mg 3 x daily to 30mg 3 x daily, there are even days that I feel so good, I have forgotten to take my mid day dosage of pain medication! Before this book I could barely walk, I couldn’t drive more than 5 miles without excruciating pain, couldn’t go to the mall and had to hire a home care aid to cook, clean, grocery shop and help care for my 3 kids. Now, for the first time in years I am able to do most things myself with just a tiny bit of help. Since it has only been 44 days and I have had such amazing results I can only imagine what is in store for my future by continuing on with this book! Thank you Pawel Malczewski for giving me the tools to help me turn my life around and giving it back to me!!!!!

    What I love about this book is that it looks like a complete smoothie guide. It has plenty of great smoothie tips which explain a lot doubts I had about the green smoothies or the level of healthiness fruit smoothies. Smoothie recipes only contain whole ingredients and there are no additives or sweeteners in any of the recipes, and really there is no need for those. The fruits or in the worst scenario dried fruits really sweeten the smoothie enough. The contraindications and warnings section is also useful.

    I like the fact that each of the smoothies has its own photo. That is really important for me when I look at the recipe. I love the coffee smoothies, so creamy and tasty!

    The free attachment is also great, with full size photos and with the nutrition information of each smoothie in great detail. I can use it on my iPhone or iPad.

    Well written book with lots of useful information on health benefits, easy to find ingredients and if not in season substitutes are provided,
    very useful detailed nutrition information tables for all recipes as well as info on contraindications for the use of some fruits and veggies.
    Not only they look yummy they taste yummy.
