I sent my husband out to buy Gaia Oil of Oregano in either liquid or soft
gels. Told him had to be a brand with a high carvacrol percentage. He
doesn’t think anything natural actually works. He’s a skeptic. Well idiot
comes home with Nature’s Answer OOO soft gels bc they were cheaper. :/ It
says only 7mg of carvacrol!!!! Until I can get back to the health food
store (it’s quite a drive) can I just take 10-12 of these twice a day? Will
it help at all?

Has anyone killed the virus following these steps? For example, can someone
come forward and say they’ve been tested and the results were negative
after following these steps? I’m following them pretty accurately. Day 2 of
oregano oil. Just would like some feedback here.

hi i went to a health food store in my town and i couldnt find any un
pasteurized cheese or milk, however i found guda and goat cheese also
sheeps cheese but they all wer pasteurized including the milk

What do you think about this:
I’ve been filling capsules with about 5-8 drops wild oregano oil, 2 drops
iodine and 2 drops frankencense oil and taking that once or twice a day.
Sound good?
Seems to give good energy and help digestion.
