Very nice video, the pictures are well done and the message is simple, yet effective. Eating plenty of fruits and veggies is what most people are missing in their diet, hopefully these pictures will entice more people to eat healthier.

Hey guys i got some tips to help u stay healthy : 1.eat healthy 2.exercise 3.when eating meat,remove fat 4.dont eat too much sweets 5. eat 4-6 vegetables and fruits a day 6.dont smoke 7. health is more important than wealth. If u like it please thumbs up. If u got no health but wealth this will be ur face 🙁 . 🙂
