I like the idea of a juicer using health food likes kale and spinach (: but
I juice in itself that you buy from the store isn’t healthy. Fruit may be
healthy but it contains an overload of natural sugars, and when you drink
orange juice for example, there is usually about 5 oranges squeezed into a
glass. It may sound healthy but trust me, it’s not… Would you sit down
and eat 5 oranges all at once? Juice is okay but definitely not in excess.

I have almost ruined myself by dieting in order to reduce weight and my
family was very worried, because i use to gain and loose weight abruptly.
Luckily, I started using this “How To Eat” mobile app by lokesh which made
me eat the right foods and in right way and using a game like points
etc.and made it funny!
now, i have reduce weight in a clean way.
