my brother said it can be used for a mouth rinse (not to swallow) but it
can prevent cavities from forming and strengthens teeth? I tried it once
and it doesn’t taste like anything but plain oil so u just have to keep it
in your mouth for 10 mins if you can… can spit it out sooner but it does
have a lot of good benefits.. :)

Indian has been using coconut oil for many years for hair treatment. I’ve
been using coconut oil since I was a child, I’m 45 years old and still uses
the oil. Indian has thick hair because of the coconut oil. My mom makes
fresh coconut oil, it is great for skin and also in food

When using coconut oil on your face, will it clog your pores and/or cause
breakouts? Thank you!

I read that coconut oil is comedogenic, so is it okay to use it on face,
won’t it cause breakouts??

I will definitely be trying your way of using it as a daytime moisturizer!
I had tried it before by just adding a little bit to my face and it made me
oily so I’m excited to try your way. :)

Hi Christine, from a very cold Scotland! My coconut oil is permanently
white and solid in our freezing temperatures here! You are making me so
jealous walking around in just your shorts and top! 🙂
Just love watching your videos and this one was no exception. Thanks for
all the tips! x

Actually, you can also use coconut oil as sunscreen! I used it before, and
it actually works. It lasts only about an hour if your in water, otherwise
you should be good for a while

I’ve heard that you can use any kind of coconut oil. But I’ve also heard
that the protein in coconut oil is good for your hair. I look on the jar I
have and it says 0 grams coconut oil. Will the one I have still be
beneficial?

I use it for moisturizer and it’s amazing! My face is so smooth. You’d
think it would cause acne but it actually got rid of mine be cause it does
not clog pores. I just mix it with a bit of lotion and use that as a night
time moisturizer. It may look or feel oily but it soaks in over night.
TRY IT! :)

If you wanna prevent wrinkles, be sure to be not very expressive. Dress
like a doll, move like a doll and dehumanzie yourself. Luckily you’ll end
up like Kardashian -plastic body, fucked up mind.

course it is still great for your hair.

Have to admit, coconut oil does help with my facial blemishes. I’ve been
using it for a while now and I don’t think I would want to use another
manufactured product… plus it fades the dark circles around your eyes.
Just use pure honey as a facial mask, let it sit for 20 mins, rinse with
room temp water, then rub on your coconut oil. I do this at nights before
bed, twice a week.

I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for a long time and I’ve had a jar of
coconut oil laying around.. I’ve only used it for my hair a couple time but
for overnight hair mask.. and haven’t seen much of a change in length. how
could I use the oil differently to make a difference in my hair
growth.could I use it on my hair on a daily basis? if so, how?

The label of your coconut jar is written in both English and French so you

After watching this, I bought myself one jar. It’s the best makeup remover
ever. Also used on my hair and it really shines. I also love the fact that,
it is cruelty free. Thank you for the video :)

If your hair is oily to begin with, will using it still work? I know that
in some cases oil cleansing works (despite logic not “making sense”).

I use raw coconut oil for my face, better than any brand product, even
though I love PRIMAVERA brand using 100 % oils from flowers and fruit. Both
cruelty-free and good for environment. :-))

I use this on my hair almost every day. My hair is like yours, but curlier,
and can tend to frizz. Rather than using salon anti-frizz creams, I now use
coconut oil. Have recently begun using it as a facial moisturiser too.

Great tube. I was advised by a bloke about 10 years ago to start using
coconut oil. However it was not sold where I come from. I have recently
purchased my first jar & the effects are amazing. Even my hands look so
much better. I like to travel light so I can put this one product in my
travel bag & it does so much. I buy the large jar & spoon some into a
smaller jar, to keep in my bathroom. Yes I also use it for cooking. A
wonderful product without the horrible smell. 🙂
