This is brilliant but it goes beyond MD’s. Many dietitians, nutritionists,
personal trainers *may* also fall into the mainstream lies. Here’s a
tell-tale sign your nutrition professional is off the mark, if they
breakout the food pyramid.. *RUN*.

dude is completely right! There is so much corruption and dirty politics.
And we all suffer the consequences.

People need to understand a couple of things about the whole process of
butter before they can say if its healthy or not. Healthy nutrients such as
calcium, etc… derives from the complicated process of the cows 4 stomach
systematic process which is extracted from the grass and the grass gets it
from the soil. When the milk is extracted from the nipples of the cow, the
initial milk is considered to be “whole” unfiltered milk, which is proven
to be extremely healthy and rich in nutrients. If the milk goes through a
process of filtration, the milk is now considered to be pasteurized.
Pasteurized milk is not as rich in nutrition compared to whole milk, but
the main goal for the pasteurizing process is to remove any diseases or
harmful bacteria the cow might develop before the milking of the cow.
The process to make butter is simply by separating the fats from the milk,
which is called churning.
The problem these day with milk and butter is that cows don’t eat grass
anymore, nor do they have the freedom to move around freely, which plays
and enormous role in their health and production. Cows these days eat corn,
nothing but corn, which any nutritionist can tell you its one of the most
unhealthiest vegetable within the vegetable family. Corn are grown
Genetically Modified and are injected with different harmful treatments
(such as pesticides) and are re-given their flavors by re-sweetening them
with sugar.
GMO Corn are unhealthy, cows are unhealthy, milk is not nearly as healthy
and butter is also not as healthy.
By going back to the way we do things with make the problems go away.
In conclusion, butter is healthy if the cows are eating grass or natural
plant base diet, and are able to move around freely which will all
contribute to making a healthy cow, which will then in turn produce a
healthy and nutritious result.

The same kind of crap goes on with technology, especially battery
technology.
Unbelievable technological stifling.
We live in a corrupt self serving society that is at the very root of our
poor health.
We have a system of those who poison us and of those who treat that illness.
gee ain’t it great…

The more I learn the madder I get at all of the medical people who follow
the typical way of doing things. I have to wean myself off Cymbalta because
the MD didn’t ask me any questions or listen to me and not only is my sleep
apnea giving me the panic attacks but I’m pretty sure a magnesium
deficiency isn’t helping matters. Point is I researched these things cause
the MD sure didn’t and I want off them.

Now, I do have a question; on ihealthtube there is another man that says
salt is good, BUT salt is not really salt, esp. since I found out that the
oldest company puts Aluminum sulfate in the salt so it won’t clump; they
don’t even tell you they call it an anti-caking ingredient. So I am
already doubting so of what you are saying, just because you are not
explaining it all; too stinking busy toting your own horn I guess, which is
just another reason not to trust you
