I don’t care how bad it tastes, I am vegan, but overweight, so want to know the healthiest recipe that i can eat often and learn to like.

There is no healthiest dish. The best way to eat is a balanced diet. Eat a wide variety of healthy foods. One meal will not make or break you.

    Salads by far. You can add multiple healthiest plants/foods to a salad. Leaves should be spinach or kale. Add mushrooms. Healthiest dressings are zesty italian or grapeseed oil.

    i am vegan too and salads are my staple healthy meal. however, i know it is important to know how to cook meals that are a bit more filling than that. you need something that you can make a big batch of so that when you have cravings, you already have something healthy in the fridge. basically if you want to lose weight, you should be making dishes that dont use any oil, nuts and seeds, or other plant fats.

    i think stir-fry is an awesome low-fat healthy staple for vegans. you can use any of your favorite veggies. i fry them up in veggie broth instead of oil. just add enough sauce to give it a good flavor. too much and you could be overloading on salt and soy. eat it over rice, not noodles. avoiding processed food like pasta will help you lose weight
