    @trinidesi I’m so glad my video reached you. When you say Canadian diet –
    do you mean the berries? Do you use water or milk to make your oatmeal? My
    suggestion for Trinidadian toppings would be – orange or course and any
    fresh fruit you can find. Lots of fruits in the morning. Whenever I visit
    Trinidad, I love having coconut water, 3 or 4 oranges, mangoes, portugals…I
    just love Trini fruits!! Tip drink water after all meals. Hope that helps!

    @kurtnelle It’s one of the things I do. Staying healthy & thin is a
    lifestyle. You should have breakfast, it truly is the most important meal
    of the day. If you want, make a video response with you trying oatmeal for
    breakfast. I would love to see it!
