Meal prep saves me every week! I love your ideas. We make a chicken in the

Things like this are so helpful. I started university this week and I
either don’t eat, eat the same thing (pasta and veggies) or eat sweet

It’s a great idea but my concern would be the cut up fruit and veg won’t be

Meal prep on Sundays is so important! This semester has been treating me so
tough. I usually just make few meals and freeze them weekly. This week, I
have some mac n cheese, lemon herb chicken, steamed broccoli, curry, and
burger meat prepped:)
I’d love to see some meals made out of these ingredients you prepped in
this video!
