    crock pot, roast veggies, quinoa or rice and a bunch of raw veggies!

    either don’t eat, eat the same thing (pasta and veggies) or eat sweet
    food. Do you think you could do a video on kitchen food essentials?

    It’s a great idea but my concern would be the cut up fruit and veg won’t be
    very nice after a few days. Or do they keep well in the jars?

    Meal prep on Sundays is so important! This semester has been treating me so
    tough. I usually just make few meals and freeze them weekly. This week, I
    have some mac n cheese, lemon herb chicken, steamed broccoli, curry, and
    burger meat prepped:)
    I’d love to see some meals made out of these ingredients you prepped in
    this video!
