   I wanted to try this product to see if it would help with my chronic knee pain. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. I did 16 years of gymnastics, not all of those years were in an actual gym. The wear and tear my body took from doing gymnastics on lawns and playgrounds has caused severe trauma to my knees and I am now in stage 3 cartilage depletion. I am so sick of trying injections like synvisc and cortisone, they help for about 3 weeks and then I’m in a lot of pain again (Not to mention the cost of getting them). I’m also sick of taking pain pills, my stomach hates me from all the pain killers also, so I decided to give this a try.

   I like that this Pill is organic and is made from spices you would normally find in Indian food. The pill is easy to swallow and doesn’t stink. I feel like it took me a good 3 days to start feeling a little relief in my knee (Right knee felt better before Left knee did however my left knee suffered more trauma then right.) I noticed the swelling in my left knee went down after taking the Turmeric Curcumin pill. Less swelling = less pain for me. I would recommend this to someone who is thinking about taking synvisc or has taken a few cortisone injections (which aren’t recommended for me but sometimes when your knee is the size of a cantaloupe it’s necessary.)

   I suffer with venous malformation in my right foot and the swelling is ridiculous. It comes randomly throughout the day or will hold off for days with nothing. Can be while I’m sleeping or while up and about. It happens when I’m sitting or driving to playing with the kids. For the most part, I live on Tylenol or aspirin, of course changing it up, but I would like to avoid those, if at all possible. They’re not good on the body and eventually you build up an immune to them causing you to need more at a time to get the minimal result.

   I cam across Turmeric Curcumin and it aims towards anti-inflammatory, relieves joint/arthritis pain, promotes the heart, along with other things, making it well worth the try! Upon taking it for the time that I’ve had, it does seem to take the edge off my foot that it doesn’t seem so unbearable. I will feel some throb but not even for me to feel that I need Tylenol or even to just call it a day because I’m flooded with tears of pain!

   I know when you get into vitamins and supplements, the pills tend to have a smell. For the most part, they’re tolerable. For some reason, the smell of these just make me quiver every time. I’ll try to not smell it but some how, it gets up within my nose. With there being a smell, they have a taste. They are the type of capsules that you’re able to pull apart and place on food or within a drink, so they’re on a thinner side. I normally take pills without water, but I need water with these or it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that normally won’t go away until I’ve had several drinks of water. To avoid that, I’ll just take these with water.

   I did receive this at a discounted rate for my unbiased review. My opinion was not influenced by the discount that I received.
