Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen Celebrates Easter with Brunch Buffet and Mexican Ice Cream Sundaes

Owner and executive chef Sylvia Casares of Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen celebrated Easter from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 5 with a special seven-station buffet brunch. The brunch included a Made-To-Order Breakfast Station, Omelet Station, Salad Station, Street Taco Station, Enchilada Extravaganza Station, Sides Station and Dessert Station.

The brunch cost $ 19.95 per person, plus $ 5 for the Mimosa Special. For Easter only, Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen offered Mexican Ice Cream Sundaes, made with vanilla ice cream and topped with strawberries, banana and Mexican chocolate and cinnamon. These cost $ 3 for the child version and $ 5 for the adult version, which came topped with a shot of Kahlua.

The Easter Buffet Brunch menu, which was served at the Galleria (Woodway) and Energy Corridor (Eldridge) locations, included the following:

Omelets made with choice of Bacon, Ham, Cheese, Onions, Tomato, Bell Peppers, Jalapeño, Spinach and Mushrooms

Street Taco Station

Beef Fajita, Chicken Fajita, Carnitas and Breakfast Tacos

Enchilada Extravaganza Station

Featuring five Sylvia’s Enchiladas of the Week

Sides Station

Agua Fresca, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Rice, Beans, Chili Con Queso and Bacon Strips

Dessert Station

Tres Leches, Chocolate Tres Leches, Flan and Fresh Fruit
